Thank you for your Support. Our customers are our priority. Our Policy on Returns ,Refunds, Exchange and Maintenance are there to ensure customer satisfaction and Protection.

Return, Refund and Exchange

The customers are allowed to return goods(eyewear) for refund and exchange. These will be allowed if goods are returned in the condition they were purchased. The refund, Return and Exchange will be allowed within 30 days of Purchase. Returning goods will be allowed under the following conditions: That is, goods are defective ,wrong order was dispatched and customers want to exchange. The shipping will be free for any defective goods and wrong orders. For exchange the customer will pay for shipping

Rejection of Return, Refund and Exchange will happen under the following conditions:

  • Conditions where goods are customized, unless they are defective goods
  • Goods are damaged by the customer and are worn out.

Returning Orders

Goods (eyewear) are to be packaged properly when they are returned to avoid damages. That is they are to be bubble wrapped and placed in a small card box

Maintenance

In cases where the customer has damaged their eyewear and they need maintenance, we will organize with our partner Lab to have eyewear fixed. The customer will be liable for the maintenance cost and the shipping cost.
